Humble Beginnings

In 1983, a wise, humble, tenacious man applied the coveted values of an Army Veteran (1967-1969 Vietnam, 101st Airborne, 326th Combat Engineer Battalion) to the Building Industry.

His goal was simple, to create a committed family of employees who deliver on the opportunity to live the American dream and become an extension of our family.

Journey of Growth

David Bombach, Founder of Saratoga Homes, committed his heart and soul to our country, our freedom, and to the prospect of a happy home for every American.

Over the past four decades David’s dream has grown Saratoga into a leading homebuilder, expanding the company’s team, footprint, impact.

As the family grows, so does the company. Today, brothers Charlie and Jack continue to build on a family first mantra that puts both customers and fellow team members at the heart of everything Saratoga does.

Lifting others Up

The Battles of Saratoga were a great turning point of the American Revolutionary War, because it won foreign assistance which was the last element needed for American victory. This idea of turning points is what inspired the name for what is now an award-winning homebuilder for families across Texas.

The tenacity and compassion exhibited by those Americans informs the values and beliefs of our business today. Supporting our family, friends, and neighbors through the turning points in their lives, in whatever way we can.

We have been in our Saratoga home for 12 years this month. I can honestly say that I have never had a major issue with anything in our home. Not even a roof leak. That is very significant to me after working in a real estate related industry where I saw million dollar shopping centers have issue, after issue with everything from foundations to roofs right after they were completed. Looking back at the beginning of our relationship with this builder I can say that everyone was professional and diligent in our transaction and it was a great experience for our family.
